To modify an existing mailing list:

Managing Messages Sent by Fax

A message can be faxed to your mailbox. Amanda lets you know that the

message is a fax. You can retrieve it by:

• Calling from a fax machine

• Providing the telephone number for a fax machine

To get a particular fax message when calling from a fax machine:

+ + locate the fax message + + +

press the Start button on your fax machine

Do any (or all) of these:

(to review the list)

(to add users to the list)

+ mailbox + +

+ the list’s number (1-8, 10-30) +

(repeat for each mailbox)

(to delete users from the list)

+ mailbox + +

(repeat for each mailbox)

(to rename the list)

+ rerecord list name +
